Online Bookings and RMS
Hamilton on Beaumont uses RMS as our property management and online booking system.
When you make a direct online booking, information you provide through the booking engine is processed through RMS to enable us to manage your reservation, communicate with you and provide accommodation services.
If you make a booking through a third-party website or online travel agent, that provider may also collect and process your personal information in accordance with its own privacy policy. Relevant booking information may then be provided to Hamilton on Beaumont and processed through RMS to manage your reservation.
Payments and RMS Pay
Hamilton on Beaumont uses RMS Pay to securely process payments associated with bookings and accommodation.
When payment details are entered through RMS Pay, full card details are securely transmitted to the relevant payment provider for processing and tokenisation. Hamilton on Beaumont does not receive or store your full credit or debit card details through this process.
A secure payment token may be retained within RMS to allow authorised transactions associated with your booking, such as accommodation payments, refunds or other applicable charges.
For your security, we do not recommend sending credit card information by email or other unsecured communication methods.
Third-Party Service Providers
We may use trusted third-party providers to assist us in operating our business, including RMS and RMS Pay, website hosting providers, communication services, online travel agents and other technology or professional service providers.
